Noluthando Lobese is a South African designer based in Johannesburg.She has a fashion design background,and was later introduced into the world of Theatre by her Mentor Nadya Cohen (Award winning designer) they have collaborated on many productions at the Market Theatre.
Thando has been to Stockholm Stadsteatear,Sweden as a design apprentice under the mentorship of Charlie Koroly.She is an award winner in costume design and has been nominated on several productions.
Most of her work has been staged in different countries like Germany,Austria,United States,Sweden,Amsterdam and London.She has recently done a national television documentary " Life's a Stage" South African Broadcast.
To date she has been to the MacDowell Colony (NH) NY,Glimmerglass Opera Festival (Cooperstown) NY and Bregenz Festspielhaus,Austria.
